Government Affairs is a critical component of our Association. The local level is where most issues begin. We, along with our State and National Associations are able to help stop initiatives that would be harmful to real estate early on before they gain momentum through the assistance of an engaged membership.
Our local NCJAR Government Affairs / Advocacy Committee are a group of those engaged members. They have permitted us to share their names and contact information to have as a local resource for our Members. These committee members may be contacted to bring back important local information to this committee so we may stay on top of local real estate issues concerning Essex, Morris, Passaic and Union counties.
Please let us know if you become aware of local issues that need our attention and/or support. We have many tools and resources to ensure we can be at the forefront before issues become problems.
Utilize our committee, be informed, and engaged. Our goal is to maintain a healthy real estate environment for our Members, their customers and clients.
