Bill was instrumental in orchestrating two first time NCJAR events. In partnership with the Metropolitan Baptist Church in Newark, NCJAR hosted its second Homebuyer’s Fair & Expo in June. The Fair was attended by over 250 Newark residents and surrounding areas. We had 20+ industry professionals who assisted renters with credit repair, legal assistance, mortgage information and workshops in order to give them the tools and resources towards a path towards home ownership.

Bill is passionate about his charities for which, NCJAR donated monies for both Morris/ Union Habitat for Humanity and The Elizabeth Coalition whose mission is to house the homeless during his tenure as President of NCJAR.

Bill also brought us another first; Membership Appreciation Day, which is now an annual event. It hosts nationally acclaimed speakers along with food trucks for our member’s enjoyment.

In 2022 and 2023, Bill was awarded Five Star Professional Real Estate Agent. He was also designated and approved as a listee on Marquis Who’s Who in America in 2022.

Bill truly exemplifies what the REALTOR® “Spirit” is all about, and we are proud that he is a member of our NCJAR REALTOR® family.
