REALTOR® Code of Ethics - 2 Ethics - CB Maplewood

 REALTORS® won’t want to miss this exciting, interactive Ethics class that will count for their Quadrennial requirement, including 2 hours of CE Ethic’s credit. Participants will learn the fundamentals of how the process works. Everything is covered, from filing a complaint to how a hearing works, and ultimately why agents may or may not get paid. This is a fast paced learning experience with real case studies and frequently asked questions from the North Central Jersey Association Legal Hotline.

• Explaining how the Code of Ethics has evolved
• Covering all 17 Articles of the Code of Ethics and the key Standards of Practice
• Understand the enforcement process with real examples of acceptable aggressive business practices vs. Unacceptable Unethical Behaviors
