    1. All applications are filled out online and submitted online. Do not drop off applications to the Board offices.
    2. All applications must be finalized and submitted online by 5pm January 10, 2022.
    3. Verification committee members will begin verifying applications on January 11, 2022.
    4. If the verification committee needs additional documentation, they will request it of the agent via phone or email.
    5. Agents will have 3 days to submit requested additional documentation.  NO EXTENSIONS
    6. NO advertising prior to February 1, 2022.
  • COE App Submission InstructionsDuring this Covid time, it is necessary for us to set up specific procedures for dropping off applications to the Board offices for the safety and well-being of our members and staff. PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

    APPLICATIONS CAN BE DROPPED OFF TO ANY OF OUR 4 BOARD LOCATIONS BEGINNING DECEMBER 16TH AS FOLLOWS:

    MORRISTOWN – DROP OFF AT FRONT OF BUILDING (inside vestibule)
    WAYNE – DROP OFF AT BACK OF BUILDING (drop box)
    BLOOMFIELD – DROP OFF AT BACK OF BUILDING (drop box)
    WESTFIELD – DROP OFF AT FRONT OF BUILDING (inside vestibule)

    • ALL APPLICATIONS ARE DUE BY JANUARY 8, 2021, BY 5:00PM. NO EXCEPTIONS.
    • ALL MLS TRANSACTIONS THAT ARE AUTO-POPULATED FROM THE MLS DO NOT NEED MLS PRINTOUT SHEETS IF THERE IS A CHECK MARK (√) NEXT TO THE TRANSACTION. IF THERE IS NO CHECK MARK (√) YOU MUST SUPPLY MLS SHEET
    • ALL NON-MLS TRANSACTIONS MUST HAVE EITHER A COPY OF YOUR COMMISSION STUB, OR A COMPANY TRANSACTION REPORT. IF THIS DOCUMENTATION IS NOT ATTACHED, THE APPLICATION CANNOT BE APPROVED.
    • ALL SIGNATURES AND INTITIALS MUST BE COMPLETED OR APPLICATON CANNOT BE APPROVED.

    We will not be asking for applicants to “drop off” additional information or proof, so please make sure your applications are complete. Check your transactions. Include all proof required for non-mls transactions. Initial every page where indicated. Have your broker sign.
