In observance of Labor Day, NCJAR Board offices will be closing EARLY on Friday, September 1st at 12pm and CLOSED on Monday, September 2nd.

 We will re-open at our regular business hours (M-F 9am-4:30pm) on Tuesday, September 3, 2024.
